Living In Atmore 3 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) As a former Atmore resident, I found that living in Atmore, Alabama is quite difficult to say the least. We have a known issue with crime here, and although there is plenty for most people to do, the crime is still high. I know that there is plenty to do along highways 21 and 31. Where it intersects is where you can find your local Family Dollar and more. A lot of my co workers would spend their evenings over at the Tavern of Atmore to relieve the days stresses. I like the weather here as well.

Houses are affordable compared to may larger cities, and our family home was one of the biggest on the block. We found that Carver Ave is a good neighborhood to raise a family in also. Last but not least, I think it is best to plan a visit to see for yourself! Read Less
