y monthly rent is currently a little less than $600 monthly; however, some of the homes are showing their age.
Unfortunately, lately crime has seemed to be increasing. This may be contributed to the fact that the economy of the area is weak and the average income of area residents is low. People overall do seem to be kind, but you can’t ignore the recent arrest rate.
The local school system is in fair shape and does need some improves. If you are living in Camden, Arkansas and have kids, you might want to keep a close eye on their education. The best areas in Camden, Arkansas are the few small parks that the area offers.
