Great Little Town 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( Aug 11, 2019) Courtenay is a great little town --- especially if you are older or retired. Big box stores as well as small boutique shops are available for shopping. Parks and outdoor activities are pleniful. The town is clean, safe, and friendly.
