a family. It's a quiet little town where everyone knows everyone and it's tight knit community. If you ever need a helping hand there is someone there who can help. Crime is rare in this town so you can feel safe to let your children play in your front yard and not worry what could happen. The school systems are excellent! They focus on education and also on how well your child is developing in school. The cost of living is reasonable in the area, but that's where Dalton has It's downfall as far as amenities. The nearest Walmart is in Wooster or Massillon. To get a restaurant outside of fast food or a couple mom and pop places, (albeit still delicious,) you have to travel for it. If you're into night clubs or a night life scene, this isn't the town. Over and above all, Dalton is where I call home, and Dalton is where I plan to stay.
