I have lived in East Hemet for 2 years now and all I can say is, I wouldn't. It is not exactly easy to live here. I have lived in quite a few different towns and places, and this is one of the worst places I have ever had the displeasure to stay.

is that the average summer temperature is 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Cost of living is terrible, % below the state average. Property value is at an all time low. The average household income is not anything to be happy about either. The school system is not worth anything. There is barely anything to do besides grocery shopping. The town does not have any place for entertainment at all. It's a very boring town.
The crime rate is terrible; it is 51% higher than California's. It is almost as if the police are in cahoots with the criminals here. This also probably correlates to the low property value. I can not believe I have stayed here this long.
