Festus Missouri: A Loving Community 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) I experienced a great stay while living in Festus Missouri. The city is located in Jefferson County. Festus is close to Crystal City, both are known as Twin Cities. The city has great employment opportunities, but housing can be scarce at times. The cost of living is affordable a ...Read More nd crime is kept at bay by local authorities. Schools in Festus are progressive. Academic programs there are above average compared to other areas. The weather is gracious year round. I love that I can get out all year without the hindrance of the climate.

Some of the best areas in Festus Missouri surround Sunset Park. The park is great for sunsets, just like its name. There are fine dining and multiple shopping complexes in the area. Festus is a great place to raise a family of any size. Neighbors are caring and attentive. The community is one that is giving and nurturing. The town is steadily growing, so there are new businesses and recreational venues being introduced to the city. Read Less
