I'm living in Gardner, KS, which is located approximately 30 to 45 minutes outside of Kansas City. I feel like I'm living in the perfect blend of small town meets big city.

er out. There's not a lot of big things to do here. There's no movie theaters or anything like that. However, we do have many smaller restaurants, shops, and really everything a person needs. A simple and convenient life is what you get here.
I think the best area in Gardner is near Winwood Park. I often grab me a coffee at Grindhouse on Elm Street, then pick up a fresh donut at Daylight Donuts on Main Street, on my way to the park for a leisurely stroll. If I really want to do something different, I go out to eat at Fronteras Mexican Restaurant and Cantina on Moonlight Road.
