located in the Central Valley. Living in Lathrop, CA has been great, because it is very peaceful and quiet in majority of the neighborhoods. They have large, nice, newer development homes for reasonable prices.
What I love about the city is that the many neighborhoods are built away from the congested areas of shopping centers. This can be a negative and or positive, because some people like to be away from the busy areas and like their space and quietness. The best areas in Lathrop, CA are near Louise Avenue and a place called River Island. They have large newer development homes that are also close to shopping centers. The only negative I would say sbout this city, is that they have a ton of trucking businesses, so the roads are packed with trucks often.
