as an amazing small town feel. The crime rate is very low and I can walk down the street and feel safe. My son goes to Long Beach High School and he absolutely loves it. He says the teachers are always friendly.
Nicknamed the “Friendly City,” as you walk down the streets you can easily see why. The neighbors are caring and there are frequently many street events in which everyone gets together. The best areas in Long beach, Mississippi are the charming areas of the downtown area. There are a few quaint shops that are just wonderful to shop at. There are plenty of recreational opportunities here and never a lack of things for the children to do.
