A crime ridden dump 1.5 rating By Anonymous ( Nov 14, 2024) The traffic is terrible, the people are rude, sirens going off constantly, always some kind of crime happening. filled to the brim with those crap scammy casinos, payday loan stores everywhere. There are however plenty of places to eat. Rental properties are hard to find and t ...Read More he ones you do find are slum lord properties, rat infested garbage wholes or places like brewhouse which are 1900 a month... there really isn't much in between. Best City Along The Mississippi 4 rating By Anonymous ( Apr 26, 2018) Living in Quincy is kind of like living in a fantasy village all year round. The place is touristy, but in a nice sort of way. The views are spectacular, and the famous Mississippi River is right there for all to see. There are plenty of things to do if you need to get out of the ...Read More house for a while, though I must admit part of the allure of the town are the beautiful homes that are priced decently enough that I can live in a cozy 4 bedroom with my family.

The best areas in Quincy to see have got to be all the museums spread through the city. We have a museum for what seems like everything; agriculture, the All Wars Museum, art, and even a museum just for the founder of the city. We even have our very own castle that's pretty cool to take a look at if you happen to have the time. Living here certainly isn't boring! Read Less
