The job market is slow and there are not many opportunities. The employment statistics are lower than average, and the poverty rate is high. The schools are also below average, and students may not go on the earn a bachelor’s degree. Many people work in the manufacturing industry in this city.
Living in Southbridge Town, MA is good for those that want to purchase a house and have a steady income. You can buy a home for lower than it would cost you in many other cities in the United States and be able to live in a more secure community.
