I don't know why Treasure Lake scores so low on here. As far as amenities, we have a TON! Two lakes to boat on plus Little Flipper lake which is for fishing only. Two golf courses, restaurants, tennis, lodge, basketball, beaches, pools, parks, community church, athletic field, ca ...Read More
mpsites, cabins, mini golf, etc. We are a semi-private, gated community. We have homes here from under 100k to above 1 million so you can find just about anything here to buy. There's not a lot to rent but if you're an investor, you would probably do really well buying homes here and renting them out. Moving here from out of state, real estate is an absolute steal. The HOA dues are only $100 per month and you get access to just about everything for free, although, if you golf there's a membership fee but no daily rates.
