I experienced a great time while living in Weatherford Oklahoma. The city is mapped in Custer County. Weatherford is close to Clinton Oklahoma. The small town ranks at the top of the state for its educational initiatives and successes. The city houses Southwestern Oklahoma State ...Read More
University (SWOSU) and the Western Technology Center which focuses on occupational education. There is a wealth of employment probabilities. Major companies like Kodak and Imation use the area as their headquarters. Housing is scarce here but the cost of living is above fair. The community fosters safe districts and the weather is remarkable.
Some of the best areas in Weatherford Oklahoma surround the Stafford Air & Space Museum. This area is very educational. It is a huge place that takes up about 40,000 square feet. It is always a great place to take the kids. The city hosts various community events. Neighborhoods also get together on smaller scales to hold yard sales, charity drives, and other community events. Weatherford is an awesome town to call home.
