The housing is a mix of rustic, antique looks with some modern touches thrown in for good measure. Prices are some of the lowest that I have seen anywhere I live, you can get a beautiful home on Hudson Hill for around 350,000. It comes with 4 bedrooms and at least 3 bathrooms. Compared to where I'm from in Philadelphia, this home would easily run for around $750,000.
I enjoy living here, although there is not much to do as far as entertainment. I do like going out to eat at Dan O's on Saint Thomas Drive, and most nights you can find enough to do just to keep you entertained. The Ohio River is along the west side, so there is some things to do on the river as well.
