I moved here a few years ago. The population increase recently is due to Latinos moving to the area. I moved here to get out of the city and start a family. But, this once great town is becoming overrun with ghetto wannabes and such. There is no violent crime but the property cri ...Read More
me is way higher than stated. But the people have each others backs. It is pretty close knit community. It is still has a small buisness, blue collar feel to it. People are very friendly. But, this is blocked out by 20 year old wannabes running around here and Averill Park, thinking it is Arbor Hill. So advice If your rich and white move to Nisky or Clifton Park.
