I lived in Wooster for two years and it was a nice little city. Kind of far away from Akron but there was enough to enjoy in Wooster to keep me there for a little while. It's the kind of city that is better for people that don't need to stay very busy and can enjoy a more relaxed ...Read More
setting.
If you're looking for a job here, there isn't a huge selection but there is probably something that will be alright and pays the bills. You won't find too much in the way of higher education either, but the College of Wooster is a small private college right in the city and it's probably the best area in Wooster due to its size.
Buying a decent home here isn't too expensive either. If you like to go shopping or to go to nice restaurants, you won't find too much variety. There is enough in Wooster to cover the basics but you might have to drive to neighboring towns to have more to chose from.
